Week One

This week you need to weigh in if you haven't all ready as well as time yourself running the mile.When you get your mile time, feel free to post it up and we can see where everyone is at. Also what are everyones thoughts on adding a before photo to the side bar, and at the end of the 12 weeks an after photo? It would be encouraging to have, but if everyone isn't in we won't do it. Start by starting

So I thought it would be a good idea to start a little blog to help us along with our challenge. Here you can post healthy recipes, links to workouts, brag about your success, or anything that will help us all stay on track. So lets all get started on our way to our healthier selves!!
